GMC1613 Gantry Machining Center
The GMC1613 is a high-precision, heavy-duty 3-axis CNC gantry machining center designed for large-part machining, mold manufacturing, and heavy cutting applications. It features a fixed-bed, moving-column structure, robust cast iron construction, and high-performance linear guides, ensuring exceptional rigidity, stability, and accuracy for long-term, high-volume production.
1. Machine Structure & Design
Fixed Bed & Moving Column: The fixed heavy-duty bed (HT300 cast iron) provides a stable foundation, while the moving column and crossbeam ensure precise movement with minimal deflection during heavy cuts.
Reinforced Crossbeam & Columns: Thick-walled, ribbed cast iron crossbeam and double columns enhance rigidity, reducing vibration and thermal deformation.
Two Linear Guides + One Hard Rail (2L1H): X/Y axes use imported heavy-duty roller linear guides; Z-axis combines linear guides with a hard rail, balancing high speed, precision, and heavy-load capacity.
Integral Spindle Head: Reinforced spindle box with German two-stage gearbox for high torque and heavy cutting performance.
