1. The crimping mechanism is the working mechanism of this machine. The pressing sleeve moves back and forth under the drive of the oil cylinder piston, causing the inner cone sleeve on the front sliding plate to push the die holder with the same taper to produce radial contraction, realizing the crimping of the rubber hose by the die block. When the contraction amount reaches the set value of the crimping size, the crimping stops automatically. After the solenoid valve is reversed, the hydraulic oil enters the mold opening cylinder, pushing the piston to move in the opposite direction, and the die holder drives the die block to recover under the action of the spring.
2. During operation, put the pipe head with the outer sleeve and the inner core of the rubber hose into the middle round hole of the pipe crimping die, start the motor, oil pump, and control valve to drive the oil cylinder piston to move. Through the pressing sleeve with a tapered inner wall, press the outer wall of the die holder with the same taper to achieve the purpose of crimping. After reversing, the pressing sleeve moves in the opposite direction, the die holder recovers, and the crimped high-pressure rubber hose joint can be taken out.
