【Product Introduction】

This product is produced by deep liquid fermentation of Aspergillus oryzae strains and refined through advanced extraction processes, ultrafiltration and concentration. Laccase is a copper-containing protease composed of three parts: a peptide chain, a sugar ligand, and Cu2+. The copper ions are located at the active site of the enzyme, which can synergistically transfer electrons and reduce oxygen to water in the oxidation reaction. Laccase can catalyze the oxidation of substrates such as phenols and their derivatives, aromatic amines and their derivatives, carboxylic acids and their derivatives, steroid hormones, biological pigments, metal organic compounds, and non-phenolic compounds. Moreover, the higher the redox potential of laccase, the wider the range of substrates that can be degraded.
