Product Overview
This Prestressed Steel Strand Threading Machine (also known as PC Strand Pusher) is a high-efficiency construction equipment designed for prestressed concrete engineering. It is mainly used to feed 15.24mm steel strands into corrugated pipes or reserved ducts in bridge girders, T-beams, box girders, tunnels and other projects. With variable frequency drive and multi-wheel traction system, it can achieve stable conveying distance from 50m to 500m, greatly improving the efficiency of prestressing construction.

Operation Notes
Pre-operation Preparation:
Check the power connection and ensure all gears are well lubricated with grease.
Verify the motor rotation direction before formal operation.
Working Process:
Insert the steel strand into the machine inlet, use the jog button to feed the strand slowly into the duct.
Adjust the pressure wheel tightness properly to meet the conveying distance requirement, avoid over-tightening to prevent excessive wear.
Stop the machine immediately if any abnormal noise or fault occurs, and troubleshoot before restarting.
