Product Overview
This new type prestressed steel strand threading machine is a special equipment for conveying steel strands in prestressed construction. It is mainly used to feed steel strands into reserved ducts of box girders, T-beams, bridges, highways and other projects. It features stable performance, easy operation and high working efficiency, which can greatly improve construction progress.

Operation Method
Check the circuit and motor rotation direction before starting.
Insert steel strand into the machine inlet and feed slowly by jog control.
Adjust the pressure wheel properly to meet conveying distance.
Stop immediately if any fault occurs and troubleshoot before restarting.
