The blown film line is characterized by a compact design and high-precision winding. The production speed and output are controllable, which facilitates process demonstration with the least amount of material and cost-effective personnel training.
The Collin teaching series blown film line equipment can blow single-layer films or up to 5-layer films. It is used for polymer blown film demonstration or testing the physical properties of polymers, including optical properties, ductility, maximum blow-up ratio, and the performance of screw mixing polymers. Features include adjustable traction speed, independent winding drive, and the blown film fan integrated in the machine base.
