1.Product Introduction


The Tyre Mill is a type of industrial crushing equipment, typically designed based on mechanical grinding or impact crushing principles. Its structure primarily consists of a feed system, a grinding main unit (such as grinding rollers and rings or high-speed impact devices), a classification system, and a collection device. The equipment can process various types of waste tires, including passenger car tires and truck tires, producing rubber particles or fine powder with controllable particle size. These products serve as important raw materials in fields such as rubber recycling, building materials, and road surfacing materials. 



2.Application

3.Working Principle


Large tire material is conveyed into the grinding chamber after preliminary crushing. Within the chamber, rotating grinding rollers press against the grinding ring under centrifugal force, or high-speed airflow/rotors drive the material to collide violently with each other. The material is crushed and pulverized through grinding and shearing between the grinding rollers and ring, or by high-speed impact. The pulverized material enters the classification zone with the airflow. Particles meeting the required fineness are separated and collected, while coarse particles are returned to the grinding chamber for further pulverization until the target particle size is achieved.
