What Makes the HN-TEM9 Different
Built on a Foundation of Heavy-Gauge Steel
The frame of the HN-TEM9 starts with 30×60 mm rectangular steel tubing for the vertical columns. This isn't lightweight shelving – it's industrial-grade material that handles the weight of EV tools and components without flexing. The steel thickness is consistent throughout, with reinforced corners where stress is highest.
All structural components use cold-rolled steel sheet (not the cheaper hot-rolled variety). Cold-rolled steel offers better surface finish, tighter tolerances, and higher strength for the same thickness.
Powder Coated Finish That Lasts
EV factories see their share of abuse – tools banging against surfaces, occasional chemical spills, and constant movement. The HN-TEM9 features a two-stage powder coating process that bonds the finish to the steel for long-term durability.
Base color: Blue frame with black panels (standard industrial scheme that hides dirt)
Pre-treatment: Zinc phosphate wash for corrosion resistance
Top coat: 80-micron polyester powder, baked at 200°C

Full-Height Louvered Panels on Both Sides
The HN-TEM9 features louvered panels running the full height of the cart on both sides. These aren't decorative – they're functional mounting surfaces that accept a wide range of accessories. Louvers are punched at a 25 mm pitch, the industry standard for clip-on bins and tool holders.

Bin Compatibility for Small Parts

Four large-diameter casters provide smooth rolling across concrete, epoxy, and even light debris. Each caster uses a polyurethane wheel – the industry standard for industrial applications because it:

A: The powder coating is rated for continuous use up to 80°C and intermittent exposure to 120°C. It will withstand the ambient heat near welding operations but should not be used as a surface for hot work. Direct contact with weld spatter will damage the finish – we recommend positioning the cart at a safe distance from actual welding arcs.
