According to the CAD drawings and samples provided by customers, we can accurately cut various special-shaped structures, including irregular holes, special-shaped panels, decorative shapes, industrial accessories, heat sinks, etc. Aluminum plates have the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, and easy processing. After laser cutting, their original material characteristics are retained, with no deformation and no burrs. They can be directly put into use without secondary grinding, and are widely used in fields such as building curtain walls, electronic device casings, automobile parts, and decorative ornaments.
(2) Laser-cut Special-shaped Copper Plate Parts
We use high-purity copper plates (supporting models such as 101, C110, etc.), with a thickness range of 0.1mm - 25mm. To address the processing difficulty of high reflectivity of copper plates, we are equipped with a professional reflected light suppression module to effectively avoid damage to the equipment caused by reflected light and ensure cutting stability and accuracy. We can customize and process special-shaped connection terminals, decorative carvings, precision hardware accessories, electrical components, handicrafts, etc. Copper plates have excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. 2. Core Features of Processing
(1) High-precision Cutting with Controllable Quality
We use imported fiber laser cutting equipment. The diameter of the laser beam can be refined to less than 0.1mm, the positioning accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, the repeated positioning accuracy is ±0.02mm, the kerf width is controlled between 0.10 - 0.20mm, and the surface roughness of the cut can be controlled within Ra12.5. This ensures that the outline of the special-shaped parts is accurate and the corners are regular, fully meeting the tolerance requirements of the customer's drawings (in line with ISO 9013-1 and ISO 2768 standards). No secondary processing is required, which greatly improves the customer's production efficiency. (2) Non-contact Processing to Protect Material Characteristics
We use a non-contact cutting process. There is no physical contact between to the cutting head and the workpiece, which avoids material deformation caused by mechanical stress and reduces tool wear, and maximally retains the original physical properties of aluminum plates and copper plates (such as the light weight and corrosion resistance of aluminum plates and the high electrical and thermal conductivity of copper plates). The heat input of laser cutting is concentrated, and the heat-affected zone is small (usually ≤0.5mm), which effectively reduces material deformation and performance deterioration, and is especially suitable for the processing of precision special-shaped parts with high requirements for flatness and material purity.

III. Quotation system and price description
The factory's quotation is open and transparent with no hidden consumption. The core basis for the quotation is "material cost + processing fee + additional fee". The specific price is affected by the following factors. The final quotation is subject to the drawings, materials, specifications, and quantity provided by the customer. It supports free quotation and free sample making (for small batch samples).
(1) Core factors affecting the quotation
Material factor: Different materials have significant price differences. The price of copper plates is higher than that of aluminum plates. The thicker the material, the higher the material cost, the greater the processing difficulty, and the corresponding increase in fees. The price per linear meter for cutting conventional aluminum plates is approximately the plate thickness (mm) × 4 yuan, and the price per linear meter for cutting conventional copper plates is approximately the plate thickness (mm) × 4 yuan (subject to the real-time market price of materials).
Processing Difficulty: For simple irregular contours (such as irregular round holes and simple curves), the processing fee is calculated based on the basic rate. Sample confirmation: After the customer confirms the quotation, free samples (small - batch) can be made. After the samples are confirmed to be qualified, a formal order will be signed.
