Cooling tower packing can be divided into: S-wave packing, oblique staggered packing, stepped trapezoidal oblique wave packing, differential sine wave packing, point wave packing, hexagonal honeycomb packing, bidirectional wave packing, and oblique folded wave packing.
Slant staggered cooling tower packing
Oblique staggered packing has advanced technology, reasonable design, reliable data, durability, and has been proven through testing and production operation to have good cooling effect, low ventilation resistance, strong hydrophilic performance, and large contact area.
The oblique staggered packing adopts two forms of ring material and screw assembly, with a tilt angle of generally 60 degrees, mainly used for circular counter current cooling towers.
1、 Performance characteristics: 1. Suitable for temperatures ranging from 65 ℃ to -35 ℃. 2. Good chemical stability, resistant to acid, alkali, and organic solvent corrosion; 3. Good flame retardant and self extinguishing properties, oxygen index ≥ 31;
4. The product has strong hydrophilic properties, good film-forming ability, and is easy to conduct heat through fillers.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) -20 ℃ -70 ℃
Polypropylene (PP) -20 ℃ -100 ℃
