FRP Plate for Chemical Plants - Corrosion-Resistant FRP Sheets for Harsh Environments
Pultruded fiberglass reinforced plastic flat plate is a composite material flat plate produced continuously through pultrusion molding process, with glass fiber as reinforcement material and resin (such as unsaturated polyester, epoxy or vinyl resin) as matrix.
Its performance is excellent in multiple key indicators, suitable for fields such as power, chemical, transportation, and construction that require corrosion resistance, lightweight, and high strength
Main performance characteristics
The density is approximately 1.8-2.1 g/cm ³
Excellent corrosion resistance
It has good chemical stability against atmospheric, rainwater, and general concentrations of acids (such as hydrochloric acid), alkalis, salts, and other media, and is suitable for highly corrosive environments (such as chemical plants and electroplating workshops)
Good electrical insulation performance
Non conductive, does not produce electrochemical corrosion in dielectric solutions, can be used as high-frequency insulation components, cable trays, transformer insulation pads, and other electrical applications
Flame retardancy (customizable)
The oxygen index of standard products is generally ≥ 26
Easy to process and customize
Customizable thickness (such as 5mm – 20mm), width (up to 3.2 meters), length, and surface texture (such as anti slip surface) as needed
