Fiberglass Line Marking Post, Road Delineator, Kilometer Marker, Traffic Safety Equipment
Fiberglass marker post is a composite material product made of glass fiber, synthetic resin, and calcium powder through a one-time extrusion process. It has the characteristics of lightweight, corrosion resistance, insulation, impact resistance, and long service life. It is mainly used for path indication and safety warning of underground pipelines such as power, communication, gas, and water supply.
Core Features and Advantages
Lightweight and High Strength: Its specific gravity is about 1/4 of steel, making it lightweight for transportation and installation, while also possessing similar strength to steel.
Corrosion and aging resistance: able to resist the erosion of various chemicals such as water, gasoline, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, and acidic and alkaline soils, with good sealing performance, suitable for harsh outdoor environments.
Common specifications: The cross-sectional dimensions commonly include 100100mm, 120120mm, 150 * 150mm, etc. The height is usually between 80cm and 150cm, and can be customized according to needs. The main shapes are square, circular, and triangular.
Technical performance: Tensile strength ≥ 160MPa, bending strength ≥ 190MPa, Babbitt hardness ≥ 38, hot deformation temperature ≥ 160 ℃. These parameters ensure the mechanical strength and weather resistance of the product.
Main application areas: Widely used in underground pipelines such as power, communication, gas, water supply, oil, as well as path indication and safety warning in places such as railways, highways, and agricultural water conservancy projects
