Industrial High Temp FRP Water Cooling Tower

The selection of square fiberglass cooling tower should be based on core operating parameters, mainly including cooling water volume, inlet and outlet water temperature, air wet bulb temperature, and noise requirements. ‌

Cooling water volume: refers to the processing capacity of the tower, with common specifications ranging from tens of tons (such as 80T, 100T) to hundreds of tons (such as 300T, 500T) and even thousands of tons. ‌‌‌

Temperature condition: The standard design condition is usually set at an inlet temperature of 42 ℃ and an outlet temperature of 32 ℃ (for industrial towers) or an inlet temperature of 37 ℃ and an outlet temperature of 32 ℃ (for residential towers/air conditioning towers). ‌

Noise level: divided into ordinary type, low-noise type, ultra-low noise type, and ultra quiet type. The ultra-low noise type can reduce noise by 5dB (A) or more through special design. ‌

Float rate: The float rate of high-quality cooling towers can be less than 0.01%, effectively reducing water resource loss. ‌

Structure and Material Configuration:

Tower frame: Q-235 carbon steel (galvanized anti-corrosion), 304 stainless steel or full FRP (fiberglass) material can be selected, among which stainless steel or FRP frame is more corrosion-resistant and suitable for acidic environments. ‌

Filler: mostly made of PVC material, with a temperature resistance range of -35 ℃ to 65 ℃, and possessing flame retardant and anti-aging properties. Diagonal trapezoidal waves or S-waves are commonly used in counter current towers, while bidirectional point wave plates are commonly used in cross current towers. ‌‌

Fan and motor: Wing shaped fiberglass blade fans are commonly used, paired with low-noise motors. Dual speed or variable speed motors can adjust the air volume according to the ambient temperature, achieving energy-saving operation. ‌
