The sine screen utilizes the principle of sine wave motion to achieve material screening. Its unique movement pattern ensures more uniform distribution and movement of materials on the screen surface, thereby improving screening accuracy and efficiency. The sine screen is particularly suitable for processing fine-grained ores or applications requiring high screening precision. The environmental protection triple-sealed hood device, equipped with a negative pressure dust collection interface, features shock-absorbing spring assemblies connected to rubber buffer pads. Silicone sealing strips are embedded at the seams. It employs an advanced vibration motor drive system, generating high-frequency vibrations to enhance production efficiency. This equipment is extensively utilized in various industrial applications, including mining operations for quartz, pebbles, silica, calcite, limestone, diamonds, garnet, and crushed materials, as well as in chemical processing, metallurgy, coal mining, and coal-related industries. It is also employed in cement production and non-metallic mineral purification. The roller screen models available include GS1008, GS1010, GS1012, GS1408, GS1410, GS1412, GS1808, GS1810, and GS1812. Main characteristics of sinusoidal roller screen: 1. Uniform accessories facilitate replacement and maintenance. 2. A bypass was added inside the screen to allow fine particles to enter the system directly. 3. The sieve plate is made of wear-resistant material, which is robust and durable, and both replacement and maintenance are convenient. 4. It has strong adaptability to coal and is less prone to clogging, especially for lignite with high moisture content. 5. A coal-blocking signal has been installed, along with anti-wear plates and rubber cleaning mechanisms, which provide safety protection and prevent blockages. 6. The single machine single shaft rotation and roller motor are adopted, the starting torque is large, the whole screen surface transmission is stable, reliable and low noise. 7. The screen shaft is arranged in a three-fold structure (5-10-15), giving it a banana-like shape. With its aesthetically pleasing appearance and advanced structure, it is referred to as the "banana-type" roller screen.
