Large stone plant mud-stone separator, butterfly sieve, mobile roller screen
This equipment is a mechanical system that utilizes multi-axis rotation to advance materials while simultaneously performing screening. The motor, after being decelerated by a reducer, drives each screening shaft in the same direction via a pin coupling. Each shaft is equipped with interlocking plum blossom-shaped screens arranged in an alternating pattern to form specific screen hole sizes. When materials enter the screening chamber through the inlet, they begin moving downward at high speed under the combined effects of gravity and shaft rotation, entering the */*-level coarse screening stage. Subsequently, materials proceed to the */*-level fine screening stage, where their movement primarily relies on shaft rotation, resulting in reduced speed. After thorough screening, larger particles are discharged through the upper material outlet and fed into the coal crusher, while smaller particles fall directly onto the conveyor belt.
Type A: Fixed Clay and Slurry Separator. As an essential component of fixed production lines, this equipment is typically deployed in medium-to-large crushing systems. Multiple screening units of varying specifications are employed to accommodate diverse product requirements while ensuring uniform particle size distribution and superior quality. Similar to fixed crushers, fixed screening machines require infrastructure construction, pile driving, and installation before commencing operations.
B. Mobile Clay and Rock Separator The mobile clay and rock separator is a screening machine mounted on a mobile chassis, available in both wheeled and tracked configurations. It can be relocated flexibly to meet site requirements without the need for complex fixed-pile installation, enabling immediate production deployment. When integrated with other mobile crushing equipment, it forms a mobile production line. Equipped with a PLC control system, it supports remote operation for one-touch start, adjustment, shutdown, and alarms, offering intelligent convenience and reducing long-term operational costs.
