When the GTS2060 trommel screen starts working, the motor drives the drum device to rotate around its axis through the reducer. The sand and gravel materials to be screened enter the drum from the feed inlet. During the continuous rotation of the drum, the materials spiral and move inside the drum. Since screens of different specifications are installed inside the drum, sand and gravel particles that meet the screen size fall through the screen and become undersize material, while materials larger than the screen size continue to move forward inside the drum and are eventually discharged from the outlet as oversize material. This working method, which utilizes drum rotation and screen filtration, enables efficient grading of sand and gravel, separating particles of different sizes.

High Screening Efficiency: The large drum size and rational screen arrangement provide sufficient time and space for materials to be screened inside the drum, allowing for quick and accurate separation of sand and gravel particles of different sizes, significantly improving screening efficiency.
