The roller shaft rotates via gear-driven chain transmission, with its rotation direction matching the material flow direction. The shafts maintain a clearance, and irregularly shaped devices embedded on them lift and propel coarse particles forward. As the screen shafts are designed for different operating directions, materials move faster in higher-velocity zones and slower in lower-velocity zones. When materials converge at a specific point on the screen surface under these varying speeds, they begin axial movement, ensuring even distribution across the screen surface and enhancing screening efficiency.
Key Performance Features of the Mud-Silt Separator: 1. High screening accuracy, with a processing capacity four times that of a conventional drum screen of the same volume, and screening efficiency 1.5 times higher than a drum screen. The production capacity can reach up to 1000 tons per hour.
2. The frequency conversion drive control system delivers low power consumption, high energy efficiency, excellent performance and stability, with adjustable processing capacity and compact size that saves space and facilitates mobility.
3. The system features automatic material discharge and continuous operation, capable of performing multiple functions including conveying, separating, and screening across various industrial and mining applications, thus achieving multi-purpose functionality.
