Multi-level roller separation screen, soil and stone separation screen, roller screen
The roller-type sludge separator utilizes a motor-driven multi-stage linkage shaft for rhythmic rotation. Its disc-shaped rollers propel material forward, while the sieve surface consists of linearly arranged rotary discs. Equally spaced rollers are driven by gears through a chain mechanism, rotating in the same direction as material flow. The axial clearance between rollers determines separation efficiency. Irregular wear-resistant inserts on the shaft lift larger particles, with varying speeds at different operational positions: faster in higher-velocity zones and slower in lower-velocity zones. When materials converge at specific sieve surface points, axial movement occurs, enhancing screening efficiency. Smaller particles are discharged through a conveyor belt at the separator's base. The Chenpu garbage separator resolves screen clogging issues common in vibrating screens during wet material processing, improving system throughput and reliability. The equipment comprises a housing, liner plates, discs, drive shafts, speed-regulating motor, motor base, chain sprockets, and support brackets.
1. Sieve box: Welded from steel plates of varying thicknesses, it provides strength and rigidity, serving as the primary component of the screening machine.
2. Liner: Made of wear-resistant manganese plate, connected with reinforcing bolts for easy replacement.
3. Disc: Made of thickened high-manganese material for durability and wear resistance.
4. Sieves: Available in various types including low-carbon steel, brass, bronze, and stainless steel wire.
5. Speed-regulated motor: For usage and maintenance instructions, refer to the motor's user manual.
6. Motor base: Secure the screws before installation. During the first ** days of use, especially for new screens, repeatedly tighten the screws to prevent loosening and potential accidents.
