Flue Gas Desulfurization and Dedusting Fan
The desulfurization and dust removal fan is a core equipment in the industrial waste gas treatment system, used to provide stable airflow power in the desulfurization and dust removal process, to promote the sulfur-containing and dusty waste gas to pass through the purification device, as to achieve the standard emission of smoke.
Core functions:

Structure and characteristics:
- Corrosion and wear-resistant design: Key components such as the imp and volute are made of wear-resistant alloys or anti-corrosive glass fiber reinforced plastic, which can cope with the long-term scouring of dusty, humid weakly corrosive flue gas.
- Efficient and stable operation: Through optimizing the flow passage design and dynamic balance adjustment, reduce operation noise and vibration, and improve equipment and service life.
- Flexible regulation capability: Some models are equipped with adjustable static blades/moving blades, which can adjust the air volume according to the working conditions in time, to balance the environmental protection effect and energy-saving needs.

The desulfurization and dust removal fan is suitable for desurization and induced draft systems in thermal power plants, steel plants, cement plants, etc. The medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the temperature not exceed 250℃. Before the induced draft fan, dust removal devices must be added to minimize the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan. According to general factory use, the dust removal efficiency must not be less than 85%.
The desulfurization and dust removal fan has two forms: single suction double suction, and its transmission forms are also D-type suspended support and F-type double support. Each model can be made to rotate clockwise (right) or counterwise (left); the outlet can be made into 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 25°, 270°, 315° according to the requirements, or other angles required by the user.
The desulfurization and removal fan consists of a casing, an impeller, an inlet, and a transmission device. By using a speed-adjusting motor or a hydraulic coupling and other speed-ing devices, it is not necessary to install an inlet and a regulating valve, which not only *** meets the needs of working conditions but also saves electricity and materials, and is more for the implementation of the integration of the fan, motor, and instrumentation.
