Side-draft Fan
1.1. An overview of the oblique flow fan type GXF, its impeller shaft is conical and the shaft diameter at the impeller inlet is relatively small, which accelerates the airflow on the meridian surface and avoids the airflow separation caused by the large protrusion of the impeller shaft and the rear guide impeller shaft, so that the fan can obtain high efficiency and low noise. Due to the increase of the axial velocity of theflow in the fan passage, the pressure gradient is reduced, and the airflow detachment is avoided, resulting in a higher pressure coefficient. 1.2. The fan is in sixteen specifications according to the model number of 300~1400mm, and the series air volume is 1500-900003/h, and the total pressure is 95~1500Pa. GXF type oblique flow fan has been continuously improved and developed, and can classified into six types A, B, C, D, E, F according to the type, with a wide range of parameters and convenient selection, in order to meet the requirements different working conditions. The fan can be made into a double-speed fan, with a double-speed motor, to achieve two-gear speed regulation, to meet the needs of for different working conditions performance regulation, and can also be equipped with variable frequency motors and variable frequency controllers, to achieve stepless speed regulation, it is recommended to adjust the frequency locked at 25Hz-50Hz. 1.3. In order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof, with explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4. 1.4. In order to meet the noise requirements of different places, the fan can be equipped with silers of different lengths, or the fan can be made into an enclosed type.
2. Working conditions of the oblique flow fan: Working temperature: -20 40C; Humidity: 〈90%; Medium condition: air (dust content not exceeding 100mg/m3); Working power supply:-phase, 380V/50Hz.
3. Application of oblique flow fan: The fan can be widely used in civil buildings, industrial mining enterprises, hotels, restaurants, museums, gymnasiums and other ventilation and air exchange places, and is also suitable for pipeline pressurization, air supply and exhaust, ventilation and air exchange of high-rise buildings and general buildings.

5. Processing technology 5.1. The fan impeller is made of steel, the impeller shaft hydraulically stretched and formed, and the blades are stamped and then hydraulically formed, and the blades and the impeller shaft are welded and assembled. The impeller corrected for static and dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 grade. 5.2 The flange of the outer cylinder is formed by overall and spinning.
