NJP series automatic capsule filing machine is a device that fils powder,particles or small pieces of materials into hollow capsules.
Main feature
1.The closed turntable mechanism,whose upper and lower modules do one way movement,has good airtightness,and solves the problems of mold disassembly and cleaning,
difficult assembly accuracy,etc.
2.The new filing mechanism is easy to install,disassemble and clean,and it is convenient to quickly adjust the gap between the measuring plate and the copper gasket,thus reducing the phenomenon of powder leakage.
3.Powder and waste capsule separation device.
4.Equipped with automatic cleaning mold system to automatically clean the upper and lower mold holes,effectively improving the seeding effect.
5.Automatic alarm and automatic shutdown function when the hopper is short of bag and powder.
