Main feature
1.The equipment adopts human-machine interface control system to automatically alarm for lack of capsules and materials.
2.The capsule loading machine has a vacuum positioning separation mechanism,which makes the capsule loading rate reach more than 99%.
3.Optical fiber automatic detection,identification of capsule missing in upper and lower mold holes.
4.The high-precision ceramic pump and servo motor filling system are used to control the filling difference within±2%,and the dosage is accurate.
5.The sealing mechanism adopts servo motor liting device,which can jog up and down and fine tune the rubber wheel to achieve the best effect of sealing the liquid layer.
6.The sealed liquid tank is designed as a sealed structure,and is equipped with a heating and insulation system to ensure the viscosity of the glue liquid and effectively
prolong the glue adding period.
7.The drying and curing mold of the finished product adopts a hanging and free rotation structure,which effectively improves the disassembly and unloading cleaning time.
