Main Application
This machine is a special granulator that makes wet powder mixture go through the screen compulsively under the positive and negative rotation of the roller.The machine
is widely used to granulate in pharmaceutical,chemical and foodstuff industry etc.After drying it can be used to suppress to different kinds of products.The machine can also
be used for crushing agglomerate material.
Working principle
The machine makes rollerto rotate continuously under the ffct of motor,tiangular belt wheel,speed reducertransmission,eccentric crankshat an d iting rack.Material does
continuous movement and be pushed into the screen by roller.The production capacity of the material depends on moisture,type and viscosity of materials and the difference
of mesh.The machine can make different kinds of granule.
