1. Product Overview

Typical Structure:

Sensing Element: The core consists of platinum resistance wire or thin-film of PT100 or PT1000.
Protection Tube (Sheath): Typically made of stainless steel (e.g., SUS304, SUS316) to shield the internal element from mechanical damage, corrosion, or high pressure. Shapes include straight rods, elbows, etc.
Insulation Material: Such as magnesium oxide (MgO), used to fill the gap between the element and the protection tube, providing thermal conductivity, insulation, and fixation.
Connection Head: Such as M12 connectors, aviation plugs, or directly attached leads for connecting to transmitters or meters.
Mounting Thread: Such as G1/2", NPT 1/2", etc., for fixing to equipment or pipelines.
