Product Introduction:
PP cotton melt blown filter element (abbreviated as melt blown filter element) is a tubular filter element made of odorless polypropylene particles through heating, melting, spinning, drawing and forming. If the raw material is mainly polypropylene, it can be called a PP melt blown filter element. It is not only widely used in water purification, but also has excellent chemical compatibility, suitable for the filtration of strong acids, strong alkalis and organic solvents. It has a strong dirt holding capacity, a long service life and low cost.

Filtration efficiency and filtration accuracy: The pore size density of the PP melt blown filter element is uniform, and the filtration efficiency reaches over ***.
Low filtration resistance, large filtration flow, large dirt holding capacity and long service life. During the production process of the PP melt blown filter element, the fiber diameter and gap can be adjusted. The inner pores of the filter element are small and the outer pores are large, which increases the flow and dirt holding capacity. The filter element is not easy to block, thus extending the service life.
High self-cleanliness, no pollution to water quality, resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and corrosion.
High strength. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter exceeds 0.4Mpa, the filter element will not deform. When the temperature exceeds 90°C, the filtration efficiency will not decrease.
After the polypropylene in this product is modified, it has extremely high hydrophilicity and can absorb ten times its own weight of water. Therefore, it can be used for oil-water separation.

Precautions:
Select the filter element according to the accuracy of the filtered liquid and the impurities it contains. For viscous liquids, two-stage filtration can be used. The first stage is coarse filtration to reduce resistance and extend the service life of the filter element (usually 3 - 4 times).
Install the melt blown filter element correctly. If the filtered water is found to be polluted, carefully check whether the filter element is skewed and whether the two ends are strictly aligned and tightened.
When the pressure difference reaches 0.2MPa, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
Warm reminder:
The filter cartridges in the filter need to be replaced regularly to ensure the filtering effect of the filter.
