This series of return line filters are installed in the return line of the hydraulic system to filter out the metal powder worn by various components in the oil and the rubber impurities worn by the seals, etc., so as to keep the oil flowing back into the oil tank clean and facilitate the recycling of the oil in the system.
This filter is divided into four types: QU glass fiber type, ZU paper type, WU mesh type and ZU wire gap type. The glass fiber type has better filtering effect and higher precision than the paper type. It is quite difficult to clean the glass fiber type and paper type filter elements after they are blocked, so the filter elements must be replaced.
This filter is equipped with a differential pressure signaling device. When the differential pressure between the oil inlet and outlet reaches 0.35MPa due to the pollution and blockage of the filter element, a switch signal will be sent out. At this time, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
The filter element of this filter is made of glass fiber filtering material, which has the advantages of high filtering precision, large oil passing capacity, less initial pressure loss and large dirt holding capacity. Its filtering precision is calibrated by the filtering precision, with a filtering ratio of 33, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and a filtering efficiency of n ≥ 99.5%, meeting the ISO standard.
