The return line filters of this series are installed at the return line of the hydraulic system to filter out the metal powder worn by various components in the oil and the rubber impurities worn by the seals, etc., so as to keep the oil flowing back into the oil tank clean, which is beneficial to the recycling of the oil in the system.
This filter is divided into four types: QU glass fiber type, ZU paper type, WU mesh type and ZU wire gap type. The glass fiber type has better filtration effect and higher precision than the paper type. It is difficult to clean the glass fiber type and paper type filter elements after they are blocked, so the filter elements must be replaced.
This filter is equipped with a differential pressure signaling device. When the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the oil reaches 0.35MPa due to pollution and blockage of the filter element, a switch signal will be sent out. At this time, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
The filter element of this filter is made of glass fiber filtration material, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, large oil passing capacity, less original pressure loss and large dirt holding capacity. Its filtration precision is calibrated by the filtration precision. The filtration ratio of 33, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200, and the filtration efficiency n ≥ 99.5%, which meets the ISO standard.
