Product introduction:
PP melt-blown filter element (abbreviation: melt-blown filter element) is a tubular filter element made of polypropylene particles that are odorless and tasteless. It is produced through processes such as heating and melting, spinning, drawing, and forming. If the raw material is mainly polypropylene, it can be called a PP melt-blown filter element. It is not only widely used in water purification but also has excellent chemical compatibility, suitable for filtering strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents. It has a large dirt-holding capacity, long service life, and low cost.
Product features:
Filtration efficiency and precision: The pore size and density of the PP melt-blown filter element are uniform, and the filtration efficiency reaches over ***.
Low filtration resistance, large filtration flow rate, large dirt-holding capacity, and long service life. During the production process of the PP melt-blown filter element, the fiber diameter and gap can be adjusted. The inner pores of the filter element are small while the outer pores are large, which increases the flow rate and dirt-holding capacity. The filter element is not easy to block, thus extending its service life.
High self-cleanliness, no pollution to water quality, resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, and corrosion-resistant.
High strength. When the water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter exceeds 0.4Mpa, the filter element will not deform. When the temperature exceeds 90°C, the filtration efficiency will not decrease.
After the polypropylene of this product is modified, it has extremely high hydrophilicity and can absorb ten times its own weight of water. Therefore, it can be used for oil-water separation.

Precautions:
Select the filter element according to the precision of the filtered liquid and the impurities it contains. For viscous liquids, two-stage filtration can be used. The first stage is coarse filtration to reduce resistance and extend the service life of the filter element (generally 3 - 4 times).
Install the melt-blown filter element correctly. If the filtered water is found to be polluted, carefully check whether the filter element is skewed and whether the two ends are strictly aligned and tightened.
When the pressure difference reaches 0.2MPa, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
