Advantages of the scale plate conveyor:
1. Using plate chain as the traction element, it not only has high strength, high efficiency and reliable operation, but also can be used for long-distance transportation (the current transportation length has reached 1000 meters) with large transportation capacity. The transportation capacity of some skirted conveyors can reach over 1000t per hour.
2. Various structural accessories can be installed on the traction chain to meet different transportation requirements for different materials and realize various continuous process operations. After being equipped with a traverser, the conveyor line can be flexibly arranged, which is a performance that other types of conveyors cannot match.
3. Compared with belt conveyors, the supported conveyor can transport materials under conditions of larger inclination and smaller bending radius. The inclination of the plate conveyor can reach 30° - 35°, and the bending radius is generally about 3m - 5m.
4. It can transport materials at relatively high temperatures (600° - 700°). It can also adapt to harsher working conditions, such as heavy logs, ores with sharp edges and harmful chemicals.
