The roller screen (sine screen) is currently one of the important screening equipment widely used in the coal handling system of thermal power plants. It can effectively reduce the workload of the coal crusher and significantly improve the working efficiency and service life of the coal crusher. This product has wide adaptability, no vibration, low noise, no dust, no coal blockage, high screening efficiency, and convenient maintenance.
Structure and working principle:
This equipment is mainly composed of a front screen box, a rear screen box, a lower box body, screen shafts, reducer components, and accessories such as baffles, inspection doors, and couplings. All shells are in the form of steel plate welding, with manganese steel wear-resistant liners attached inside. The overall rigidity is good. Special sealing strips are used at the inspection doors, and the overall sealing performance is good.
Features:
1. The screen shafts of the roller screen are driven by a single shaft, which is not only convenient for maintenance but also for transportation and installation. Each screen shaft is equipped with a set of driving devices and has overload protection. If any group of screen shafts fails, it will not affect the normal operation of the whole machine.
2. An electric baffle is installed at the feed inlet, which has a bypass function and can realize remote automatic control.
3. Each screen shaft is equipped with several special-shaped wear-resistant screen pieces with high wear resistance. The screen pieces on two adjacent screen shafts are arranged in a staggered position to form screen holes.
4. The inclined arrangement of the screen shafts can quickly separate the materials, with high screening efficiency.
5. A device for cleaning the screen holes is installed at the lower end of the screen shafts. When screening coal materials with relatively high moisture and powder content, there will be no screen blockage during the screening process.
6. A coal flow baffle is installed below the feed inlet of this machine. Under normal conditions, the coal flow is screened through the screen surface. In case of an accident, the electric push rod pushes the electric baffle so that the coal flow directly falls onto the conveyor belt through the bypass.
