Large output and no blockage (also known as multi-functional roller separation screen, mud and stone separator, multi-stage linkage roller shaft screen, roller screen, butterfly screen, etc. The names vary according to different uses). Some stones dug out from sand and gravel yards have a relatively high mud content, which will cause problems such as blockage of crushers, low production capacity, and poor quality of sand and gravel when used. The roller separator is widely used in: mud and stone separation, sand and gravel separation in stone yards; ore sorting in ore dressing plants; coal separation and gangue separation in coal mines; separation of construction and decoration waste, domestic waste, and stale waste, etc.
Applications of the multi-stage linkage roller screen under different working conditions:
1. The raw materials in stone yards vary in size. If the large and small materials can be effectively separated, the production capacity of the production line can be greatly improved. The feeding particle size of the roller screen separation equipment used in stone yards can reach 40 - 50 cm, which can effectively separate fine materials and soil;
2. In sand and gravel yards, due to the relatively high mud and water content of the raw materials, it will cause blockage of sand making machines or crushers. Therefore, it is necessary to effectively separate the mud and stone materials, and it plays the roles of feeding and screening;
3. In terms of construction waste, since construction waste is buried underground or piled up for a long time, it has a relatively high water content. The composition of construction waste itself is complex and contains a lot of fine soil. We need to separate it, and this linkage roller screen is just suitable for the industrial and mining conditions.
4. In the raw coal screening operation, this multi-stage roller screen plays the roles of feeding, screening, and separation, which can separate gangue and coal.
