Features of the new roller screen
Each shaft is driven by a separate motor and reducer. If any one fails, it will not affect the operation of the whole machine;
The spiral wedge-shaped parabolic screen plates are arranged in a spiral, which increases the screening rate;
The elastic buffer support protects the driving device. Once a large block gets stuck, the elastic buffer support will have a certain displacement change, breaking the force balance and eliminating the blockage;
The felt seal between the boxes is tight, and the connection between the shaft and the box adopts a labyrinth seal to prevent dust leakage;
The screen plates are made of high-wear-resistant materials, which increases the service life;
The self-cleaning device timely cleans the sticky coal and debris on the blades.
