Sine screen manufacturer, cobblestone desliming screening equipment, construction waste roller screen
This equipment mainly uses the rotation of multiple shafts to push the material forward and conduct screening at the same time. After the motor is decelerated by the reducer, it drives each screening shaft to rotate in the same direction through the pin coupling. Each screening shaft is equipped with plum blossom-shaped screening sheets, which are arranged in a staggered form to form the screen hole size. After the material enters the screening box through the feeding port, it starts to move downward at a relatively fast speed under the combined action of its own weight and the rotation of the screening shaft, and enters the *.*/* stage of coarse screening. Subsequently, the material enters the stage of fine screening. In this stage, the movement of the material mainly depends on the rotation and pushing of the screening shaft, and the moving speed of the material slows down. After the material is fully screened, the large pieces of material are sent to the coal crusher through the outlet of the oversize material, while the small pieces of material directly fall onto the conveyor belt.
Types of mud-stone separators
A. Fixed clay mud-stone separator
It is an indispensable equipment in the fixed production line. Generally, multiple screening machines of different specifications are used in medium and large-scale crushing production lines to meet the requirements of different finished product specifications, and at the same time make the particle size of the finished products more uniform and the quality better. Like the fixed crusher, the fixed screening machine needs infrastructure construction, piling and installation before it can be put into production.
B. Mobile clay mud-stone separator
The mobile clay mud-stone separator installs the screening machine on a movable vehicle chassis, which is divided into tire type and crawler type. It can freely transfer to different working sites according to the needs of the operation site, without the need for cumbersome fixed piling, and can be put into production immediately. It can form a mobile production line with other mobile crushing equipment. At the same time, it integrates the PLC control system, which can realize the remote operation of processes such as one-key start, adjustment, shutdown, and alarm. It is intelligent and convenient, and saves the later operation cost.
