Cobblestone clay roller-type screening machine GZS-1460 Roller screen Mud and stone screening machinery
Roller screen (sine screen) is one of the important screening equipment widely used in the coal handling system of thermal power plants at present. It can effectively reduce the workload of the coal crusher and significantly improve the working efficiency and service life of the coal crusher. This product has wide adaptability, no vibration, low noise, no dust, no coal blockage, high screening efficiency, and convenient maintenance.
Structure and working principle:
This equipment is mainly composed of front screen box, rear screen box, lower box body, screen shaft and reducer components, as well as accessories such as baffles, inspection doors and couplings. All shells are welded with steel plates and are attached with wear-resistant manganese steel liners inside. The overall rigidity is good. Special sealing strips are used at the inspection doors, and the overall sealing performance is good.
Features:
1. The screen shaft of the roller screen is driven by a single shaft, which is not only convenient for maintenance but also for transportation and installation. Each screen shaft is equipped with a set of driving devices and has overload protection. If any group of screen shafts fails, it will not affect the normal operation of the whole machine.
2. The feeding port is equipped with an electric baffle, which has a bypass function. Remote automatic control can be realized.
3. Each screen shaft is equipped with several special-shaped wear-resistant screen sheets with high wear resistance. The screen sheets on two adjacent screen shafts are arranged in a staggered position to form screen holes.
4. The inclined arrangement of the screen shafts can quickly separate the materials, with high screening efficiency.
5. A device for cleaning the screen holes is installed at the lower end of the screen shaft. When screening coal materials with relatively high moisture and powder content, there will be no screen blockage during the screening process.
6. A coal flow baffle is installed below the feeding port of this machine. Under normal conditions, the coal flow is screened through the screen surface. In case of an accident, the electric push rod pushes the electric baffle to make the coal flow directly fall into the conveyor belt through the bypass.
