Products Description
1.Applications :
1. Wide force range, from 62.5-3000Kgf; 12 types of Brinell scales, customizable by users.
2. Z-axis automatically rises and falls, after placing the sample, it automatically rises and starts indentation; electric loading closed-loop control, automatic load application.
3. Each force level is automatically compensated, and the accuracy of the force value (at 3000Kg) is improved by one order of magnitude to one thousandth.
4. Automatic brick tower, automatic conversion of the indenter position and the measurement position.
5. When measuring indentation, it is fully automatically focused without manual adjustment.
6. The first dual optical path system is adopted, with a built-in camera. The micrometer eyepiece and the camera can measure at the same time. The indentation can be measured by the eyepiece or automatically by the computer.
7. According to the standard blocks with different force values, the hardness value is automatically corrected.
8. Large sample space, large samples can be placed; it can be used immediately after startup, without installing weights, installation and debugging; touch screen interface, easy to operate, any language version.
9. More samples and test information can be set and saved; set passwords to protect setting parameters.
10. When the hardness tester host is used independently, the data U disk is directly saved in EXCEL format for easy editing and processing.
11. The product is designed and produced by itself, with independent intellectual property rights and software copyrights, and can be customized and long-term software upgrades.
