Application
HST-BN7000F Fastener Friction Coefficient Testing Machine is a new generation of bolt and nut friction coefficient testing equipment independently developed by our company using internationally advanced technology. It is used to test total torque, end torque, thread torque, total friction coefficient, end friction coefficient, and thread friction coefficient of bolts and nuts. It meets ISO 16047 Fastener Test Methods - Torque/Clamp Force Test and automatically measures mechanical properties of bolts and nuts, including tightening torque, thread torque, bearing torque, axial tightening force, torque coefficient K, total friction coefficient μtot , thread friction coefficient μth , bearing surface friction coefficient μ b , etc.
