PBT 1100-211M Weather resistant and UV resistant

PBT is a milky white semi transparent to opaque crystalline thermoplastic polyester. It has high heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, self-lubricating, low friction coefficient, weather resistance, and low water absorption rate, only 0.1%. It still maintains various physical properties (including electrical properties) and electrical insulation in humid environments, but has high volume resistance and dielectric loss. Resistant to hot water, alkali, acid, and oil, but easily corroded by halogenated hydrocarbons, poor hydrolysis resistance, rapid crystallization at low temperatures, and good formability. The disadvantage is that the notch impact strength is low and the molding shrinkage rate is large. Therefore, most of them are reinforced with glass fiber or modified with inorganic fillers, which can increase their tensile strength and bending strength by more than twice, and significantly increase their heat deformation temperature. It can work for a long time at 140 ℃, but the longitudinal and transverse shrinkage rates of glass fiber reinforced products are inconsistent, which can easily cause warping of the products.
