1.Product
The tunnel integrated environmental monitoring system independently R&D and produced by Sunshine Meteorology is composed of three major parts on the whole: the front-end acquisition system, the communication transmission system, and the monitoring center system. It is used to realize real-time monitoring of meteorological parameters, particulate matter, toxic and harmful gases, noise, visibility, sound and light inside the tunnel, as well as the docking and control between the monitoring system and other systems in the tunnel. Tunnel environmental monitoring and control have become an important means to ensure the safety and safe operation of highway tunnels. Through the analysis and processing of these collected data, it can provide safety guarantees for reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.

1)A free software platform for data management.
2)Multiple communication options are available. It supports standard RS232/RS485 communication and is compatible with the standard MODBUS communication protocol. It can also achieve remote wireless data communication through various methods like GPRS, RJ45, and wireless transmission.

4.Performance
1)The environmental temperature and humidity sensor measures environmental temperature, environmental humidity, and dew point temperature. Its output can be analog or digital.
2)The ultrasonic anemometer probe uses ultrasonic principles to measure wind direction and wind speed.
3)The barometric pressure sensor measures atmospheric pressure.
4) The gas sensor adopts the light scattering principle and can detect the concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 in the air.
5)The gas sensor is used to monitor various air parameters such as CO₂, O₂, H₂S, NO₂, CO, O₃, TVOC and so on.
5.Feature
1. Supports monitoring of multiple gases and factors, enabling the following functions:
1)Real-time monitoring of dust and particulate matter in tunnels;
2) Real-time monitoring of toxic and harmful gases in tunnels;
3)Monitoring of noise, sound and light pollution in tunnels;
4)Monitoring of meteorological parameters in tunnels;
5)Monitoring of visibility in tunnels;
2. Analyzes data collected by front-end monitoring devices. When monitoring values exceed the standard, the system activates early warning and linkage control functions to realize automatic control of tunnel ventilation and lighting;
3. By establishing a monitoring center, it can timely grasp the environmental conditions in each tunnel and the operating status of various control facilities. It implements centralized management of road alarm information, realizes statistics and analysis of alarms, and achieves linkage control between environmental abnormalities and other control facilities;
4. The monitoring terminal adopts high-quality and high-precision sensors, which feature high accuracy, fast response speed, long service life and good stability. Among them, the air quality monitoring function has obtained the CCEP environmental protection certification from the China Environmental Protection Industry Association;
5. Equipped with data processing algorithms, it has extremely strong anti-interference ability;
6. Monitoring factors can be freely expanded and combined according to customer needs, with multiple and flexible options;
7. Solar battery pack power supply can be optionally configured to ensure the uninterrupted and stable operation of the system;
8. The system adopts a modular design for convenient maintenance, and the cloud platform automatically pushes program upgrades to reduce operation and maintenance workload;
9. The system supports multiple communication methods: RS232, RS485, RJ45, GPRS, WiFi and others are available for selection;
10. The system has flexible installation methods, which can be fixed with brackets or installed in a wall-mounted manner;
11. Supports multiple data viewing methods: the collector is equipped with a graphic LCD screen for on-site personnel to view data; it can also be expanded to connect to large LED screens for pedestrians to view data; managers can view data on monitoring center computers through cloud platform software or via mobile terminal software;
12. It is easy to operate and maintain, and has a power-off protection function;
