HiTOP Solar CCTV Kit is a compact off-grid surveillance solution developed by BIGLUX specifically for flexible installation and rapid deployment scenarios. With a small size and lightweight design, it relies on an independent solar power supply, eliminating the need for fixed power grids and complex infrastructure. It can adapt to security monitoring needs in any location (such as remote sites, temporary events, and emergency areas) through multiple installation methods. II. Core Product Features
1. Efficient Solar Power Supply System
Solar Panel Configuration: Equipped with a 1×200W monocrystalline silicon bifacial solar panel. The bifacial light absorption design improves light absorption efficiency, enabling more sufficient energy conversion compared to traditional panels. It supports 90° rotation and 90° tilting bidirectional adjustment, which can flexibly adapt to different installation environments and sun trajectories, maximizing solar energy capture and ensuring continuous power supply.
Energy Storage & Endurance: Equipped with a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery with a capacity of 1280Wh, supporting DC 12V/24V/48V multi-voltage output. When fully charged, it can achieve 72 hours of continuous operation (under 14W load). Equipped with a 15A MPPT controller to optimize charging efficiency, it only takes 5.4 hours (estimated) to fully charge the battery. An optional AC backup input interface is available for auxiliary power supply on cloudy days or when the battery is low, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring.
2. Multi-Functional Integrated CCTV Box Design
Core Configuration: The CCTV box integrates energy storage, control, and heat dissipation functions. It has a built-in temperature-controlled fan to effectively regulate the internal temperature of the box and prevent equipment overheating. It is equipped with 2 side strobe lights to enhance security warning effects. Sufficient installation space is reserved to support the adaptation of most surveillance cameras, realizing integrated "power supply + installation."
Camera Installation: The box is equipped with multi-directional mounting plates-1 on each side and 2 at the bottom-supporting simultaneous installation of multiple cameras (usually 1 PTZ camera or 2-3 dome cameras). It adopts a tool-free quick-install design that simplifies the assembly process, reduces labor costs, and enables "plug-and-play" for cameras.

Installation Options: Three flexible installation modes are supported to adapt to different scenario needs:
Pole Mounting: Compatible with poles with diameter ≤φ88-φ148mm, which can be fixed without additional modification.
Wall Mounting: Requires M12 chemical anchors or expansion bolts and can be directly installed on walls.
Top-of-Mast Mounting: Supports direct installation on the top of masts to expand the monitoring field of view.
Compact & Portable: The total weight of the whole kit is only 90KG. The box dimensions are 620×500×330mm, the solar panel dimensions are 1170×780×30mm, and the dimensions after combined installation are 1700×508×1246mm. It is easy to transport and carry, and on-site deployment can be completed quickly.
4. Stable & Durable Structure & Protection Design
Protection Performance: Core components are optimized for outdoor durability, with an operating temperature range of -20ºC~55ºC, which can withstand harsh outdoor conditions such as rain, dust, and humidity. The combination of a built-in temperature-controlled fan and sealed design ensures heat dissipation while preventing foreign objects from entering, extending the service life of the equipment.
Quality Assurance: Core electrical components such as solar panels, MPPT controllers, and batteries are from well-known brands and comply with international certification standards such as CE and FCC, ensuring the stability and reliability of product operation.
