HiGUARD Solar Lighting Tower is a compact off-grid lighting solution developed by BIGLUX specifically for rapid deployment and rental scenarios. With a compact design and easy mobility, it relies on an independent solar power supply, eliminating the need for fixed power grids and infrastructure. It can quickly set up stable lighting at any location, such as remote construction sites, temporary events, and emergency areas. 1. Efficient Solar Power Supply System
Solar Panel Configuration: Equipped with a 1×450W monocrystalline silicon bifacial solar panel. The bifacial light absorption design improves power generation efficiency compared to traditional panels, capturing up to 5.5% more solar energy. It supports 180° rotation and 90° tilting adjustment, which can flexibly adapt to different terrains and sun trajectories, maximizing solar energy capture and completely eliminating power supply anxiety.
Energy Storage & Endurance: Equipped with a 2560Wh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery (DC 24V). When fully charged, it can power 2×100W LED lights for 20 hours of continuous lighting, meeting the needs of complete nighttime operations. Equipped with a 20A MPPT controller to optimize charging efficiency, it only takes 5 hours (estimated) to fully charge the battery. An optional AC backup input interface is available for auxiliary power supply on cloudy days or when the battery is low, ensuring continuous lighting.
2. Flexible & High-Brightness LED Lighting System
Lighting Configuration: Equipped with 2×100W high-efficiency LED outdoor floodlights, featuring low energy consumption and stable illumination without glare or shadows, suitable for large-area outdoor lighting needs. It supports 90° rotation and a 90° tilting adjustment, allowing precise targeting of lighting areas and flexible adaptation to the lighting needs of construction sites, parking lots, event venues, and other scenarios.
Smart Control: The control panel integrates three switching modes: manual control, timed setting, and light-sensing automatic on/off. It can realize "automatic on at dusk and automatic off at dawn" without manual attendance, saving labor costs. The operation interface is intuitive and easy to understand, requiring no professional training to use.
3. Durable & Damage-Resistant Structural Design
Telescopic Mast: With a height of 3.5 meters, it is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring excellent rust and corrosion resistance, and adapting to long-term outdoor deployment. It is lifted and lowered by a manual winch, which is easy to operate and stable and reliable. After lifting, the mast can expand the lighting coverage area and reduce lighting blind spots.
Protection Performance: Core components are designed for outdoor durability. The LED lights and control box have good dustproof and waterproof performance and can withstand harsh outdoor environments such as rain, dust, and humidity. The control box is equipped with a temperature-controlled cooling fan to prevent overheating of drive components and extend the service life of the equipment.
4. Convenient Mobility & Stable Fixing Design
Forklift Base: Adopts a hollow metal base (hot-dip galvanized), equipped with 2 forklift holes and 4 heavy-duty lifting rings, supporting forklift handling and hoisting operations for quick equipment relocation. The base can be filled with sand and gravel to greatly improve stability after deployment and effectively prevent tipping in windy weather.
Compact Size: The dimension in transit is 1134×1100×3157.5mm, and the dimension after deployment is 1134×1100×5221.5mm. Its compact size facilitates bulk transportation and storage, reducing logistics costs.
