Product Introduction

This machine is suitable for testing the concavity of semi-rigid PVC block plastic flooring and PVC roll flooring, meeting the requirements of the national standard GB/T11982-2005 for PVC roll flooring.

Product Features

The indentation testing machine consists of a frame, a lifting worktable, a pressure head, a loading device, a indentation indicator, and a timing device.   

The two racks should be made of steel structure, and under maximum load, the deformation along the axis direction should not exceed 0.05mm.

The coaxiality between the lifting screw shaft and the main shaft axis should not exceed 0.3mm.  

The perpendicularity between the lifting worktable and the spindle axis should not exceed 0.2%

The indication accuracy is ± 4%.   

Under the test load, the pressure head should not have any deformation or damage.   

The lower diameter of the 7-head steel ball is 5mm and 6.35mm respectively, with a maximum deviation of ± 0.5%.   

The diameter of the 8-cylinder flat head is 4.5mm, with a limit deviation of ± 0.5%.

Initial load 0.9kgf, test loads (including initial load) l3.6, 36.0, 62.5kgf, extreme of initial load

The limit deviation is ± 2%, and the limit deviation for other levels of loads is ± 1%.

The 10 degree depression indicator is a dial gauge (which should comply with the provisions of GB12L9-75 dial gauge).
