The through type shot blasting machine is an industrial equipment that uses continuous conveying to remove oxygen scale, clean and pretreat the surface of steel. It is mainly used for surface treatment of metal materials such as steel plates, steel pipes, and steel sections. Its core function is achieved by high-speed projectile impact on the surface of the workpiece, equipped with conveyor rollers, shot blasting machines, dust removal systems, and projectile circulation devices to meet the continuous processing needs of workpieces of different shapes.
This equipment is divided into two types: roller conveyor and catenary. Roller conveyor is suitable for assembly line operations of sheet metal profiles and can be integrated with sawing, spraying and other processes; The suspension chain is designed specifically for castings and forgings, using a step-by-step dual station process to achieve comprehensive cleaning. The equipment integrates an automated control system to achieve the full process operation of loading, shot blasting, and unloading. It is equipped with safety interlock devices and shot material recycling devices, with a high utilization rate of pellets and a separation system efficiency of 99%. The core components are made of high chromium wear-resistant materials, and the projectile layout is dynamically simulated and optimized to adjust the projectile flow rate and meet different surface roughness requirements.
