Formula & Emulsification Advantage
This demould release agent is composed of polydimethylsiloxane and surfactants. Through advanced organic silicon polymer emulsification technology, it forms a stable emulsion. The advantage of this emulsification technology is that it can make the product have excellent dispersibility. When diluted or used, it can be evenly distributed, avoiding the problem of uneven demoulding effect caused by uneven distribution of the release agent.
Key Performance Characteristics
The excellent dispersibility and fluidity of this product are its most prominent advantages. It can quickly and evenly spread on the mold surface, ensuring that every part of the mold is covered by the release agent, thus achieving a good demoulding effect. This is particularly important for complex - shaped molds, such as those used in the production of EVA rolls and SBR diving materials, which can effectively avoid product damage caused by uneven demoulding.
It also has high - temperature resistance (160 - 200℃) and does not carbonize at high temperatures, ensuring stable performance in the high - temperature foaming process. It leaves no residue, does not pollute the mold, and can prevent the product from yellowing. At the same time, it does not cause mold thickening, dirt accumulation, sticking, or blackening, reducing mold maintenance costs. In addition, it has excellent heat resistance and lubricity, and can maintain emulsion stability under dilution conditions, adapting to different production needs.
Application Scenarios & Usage Guidelines
As a water - based external release agent, it is widely used in PE foaming, EVA primary and secondary foaming, rubber production, and shoe material manufacturing. It can also be used as a coating additive and a lubricant or lubricating additive, providing multiple solutions for the production process.
When using, it is necessary to dilute the product with soft water. The recommended dilution ratio is 1:4 - 20. The specific ratio can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the production process. To ensure the performance of the product, the diluted emulsion should be used on the same day to prevent performance changes due to storage.
