Formula Composition & Production Technology

The main components of this demould silicone oil are polydimethylsiloxane and surfactants. These raw materials are processed through a strict organic silicon polymer emulsification process. Application Scope & Usage Method

This product is a water - based external release agent, suitable for SBR foaming, EVA foaming, PE foaming, rubber production, and shoe material manufacturing. It can also be used as a coating additive and a lubricant or lubricating additive, with a wide range of applications.

When using, it is recommended to dilute it with soft water. The appropriate dilution ratio is 1:4 - 20. Manufacturers can adjust the dilution ratio according to the specific production process and product requirements. To ensure the best performance of the product, the diluted emulsion should be used up on the same day and should not be stored for a long time.
