Formula Composition & Production Technology
The main components of this demould silicone oil are polydimethylsiloxane and surfactants. These raw materials are processed through a strict organic silicon polymer emulsification process. The emulsification process is crucial as it ensures that the product has good stability and compatibility. The formed emulsion is uniform and fine, which can be easily mixed with other materials or diluted with water, meeting the different requirements of various production processes.
Outstanding Characteristics
The most significant feature of this product is no residue. After demoulding, there is no residue left on the mold or the product surface. This not only ensures the cleanliness of the mold, reduces the frequency of mold cleaning, but also ensures the appearance and quality of the product. For white products such as EVA beach shoes, it can effectively prevent yellowing, maintaining the bright color of the product.
It also has high - temperature resistance (160 - 200℃) and does not carbonize at high temperatures. In the high - temperature foaming process, it can maintain stable performance, avoiding the impact of carbonization on the mold and product. At the same time, it does not cause mold thickening, dirt accumulation, sticking, or blackening, effectively protecting the mold and extending its service life. In addition, it has excellent dispersibility and fluidity, ensuring even coverage on the mold surface, and excellent heat resistance and lubricity, which can improve the demoulding efficiency. The emulsion can also maintain stability under dilution conditions.
Application Scope & Usage Method
This product is a water - based external release agent, suitable for SBR foaming, EVA foaming, PE foaming, rubber production, and shoe material manufacturing. It can also be used as a coating additive and a lubricant or lubricating additive, with a wide range of applications.
When using, it is recommended to dilute it with soft water. The appropriate dilution ratio is 1:4 - 20. Manufacturers can adjust the dilution ratio according to the specific production process and product requirements. To ensure the best performance of the product, the diluted emulsion should be used up on the same day and should not be stored for a long time.

The product is packaged in 200kg drums, which is suitable for large - scale production and use. During storage, it should be placed in a clean and dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight, and the storage temperature should not exceed 40℃. When stored correctly, the product can be used within 1 year, ensuring the stability of the production supply.
