Core Formula & Emulsification Process
This demould release agent mainly consists of polydimethylsiloxane and surfactants. Through a professional organic silicon polymer emulsification process, it forms a stable emulsion. This emulsified structure not only ensures the product's easy usability but also enhances its stability during use. Unlike some inferior release agents that are prone to stratification or failure, the PECOAT® PECRA798 Demould Release Agent maintains excellent performance in various production environments, providing a reliable guarantee for continuous production.
Key Characteristics
One of the most prominent features of this product is its high - temperature resistance (160 - 200℃). In the foaming process, which often involves high temperatures, it does not carbonize, avoiding mold contamination and product defects caused by carbonization. At the same time, it leaves no residue on the mold or the product, ensuring the surface quality of the product, especially preventing the yellowing of white EVA products, which is a common problem in the industry.
It also has the advantages of no thickening, no dirt accumulation on the mold, no sticking to the mold, and no blackening. These characteristics greatly reduce the frequency of mold cleaning and maintenance, save production time, and extend the service life of the mold. In addition, its excellent dispersibility and fluidity enable it to be evenly distributed on the mold surface, ensuring consistent demoulding effect for each product. Moreover, it has excellent heat resistance and lubricity, and can maintain emulsion stability even under dilution conditions.
Application Guidelines
As a water - based external release agent, it is widely used in SBR foaming, EVA foaming, PE foaming, rubber, and shoe material production. It can also be used as a coating additive and a lubricant or lubricating additive.
When using, it is recommended to dilute it with soft water, and the dilution ratio is preferably 1:4 - 20. This ratio range can be adjusted according to different production needs to achieve the best demoulding effect. It should be noted that the diluted emulsion should be used up on the same day to avoid performance degradation due to long - term storage.

Packing & Storage
The product is packed in 200kg drums, which is convenient for transportation and storage in the factory. It should be stored in a clean and dry area with a temperature below 40℃ and protected from sunlight.
