Core Formula & Emulsification Process

Application Guidelines
As a water - based external release agent, it is widely used in SBR foaming, EVA foaming, PE foaming, rubber, and shoe material production. It can also be used as a coating additive and a lubricant or lubricating additive.
When using, it is recommended to dilute it with soft water, and the dilution ratio is preferably 1:4 - 20. This ratio range can be adjusted according to different production needs to achieve the best demoulding effect. It should be noted that the diluted emulsion should be used up on the same day to avoid performance degradation due to long - term storage.

Packing & Storage
