The column-guided design reduces the probability of valve core sticking due to non-lubricated, viscous process liquids or entrained solid deposits, ensuring the stability of the valve core. 

The valve seat with rectifying wings (blades) offers full port and ***-stage pressure reduction port specifications. It provides ***-way open and closed performance and can be used to directly replace non-blade valve seat rings. 

The Clean Air Act was complied with due to the ENVIRO-SEAL? filling system. 

The process fluid flows through the valve internals, flushing away the solid deposits on the upper and lower surfaces of the guide bushing, thereby reducing the likelihood of valve core sticking. 

The quick replacement valve internals are equipped with flanged valve seat rings, which can significantly reduce the disassembly time. 

Using standard flow-limiting valve components or Micro-Form, Micro-Flute or Micro-Flow valve seats can meet the requirements for low flow rates. 

The streamlined channel has a larger capacity than most straight-through valves of the same pipe size.
