The 167D series switching valves are used to provide reduced stable vaporizing liquid pressure to the actuator-type controller and other pneumatic instruments. The 167D and 167DS type valves are two-way switching valves. The 167DA and 167DAS type valves are three-way switching valves.

Temperature range applicable: Standard bolts: -20 to 180°F / -29 to 82°C
Stainless steel bolts: -40 to 180°F / -40 to 82°C
FKM decorative parts: 0 to 300°F / -18 to 149°C
Pressure tapping method: Internal pressure tapping
