The 67C series direct-acting pressure regulators and filter regulators are typically used to supply reduced and continuously controlled pressure to pneumatic and electro-pneumatic controllers and other instruments. These regulators are suitable for most air or gas applications. Other applications include providing reduced pressure for pneumatic chucks, air nozzles and spray guns.

67CS Series: Available in stainless steel structure 67C and 67CS: Independent pressure regulator
67CR and 67CSR: With soft valve seat for internal pressure relief
67CF and 67CFS: With Filters
67CFR and 67CFSR: Dimensions and port connection methods of the internal relief valve body with filter and soft valve seat. For all models except 67CS and 67CSR: 250 psig/17.2 bar (valve body rated value) divided by 67CS and 67CSR.
67CS and 67CSR models: The emergency outlet pressure of 400 psig/27.6 bar is higher than the outlet pressure setting value by 50 psi/3.4 bar. The pressure tapping method is internal. The applicable temperature range for the internal pressure tapping is NBR: -40 to 180°F/-40 to 82°C.
FKM: 0 to 300°F / -18 to 149°C
Silicone rubber (VMQ) valve diaphragm, low-temperature bolt fixation: -60 to 180°F / -51 to 82°C. Approximately 67C, 67CR, 67CF and 67CFR: 1 lb / 0.5 kg
