Application Guidelines

• Storage: Keep the powder in a dry, sun-free area below 35°C, following a first-in-first-out inventory system. Each composite paper bag contains 20kg of powder.

• Pre-Treatment Recommendation: After degreasing and rust removal, phosphatize the substrate to enhance adhesion. Avoid chromate treatment (due to hexavalent chromium toxicity and environmental risks).

• Temperature Control: Do not overheat the workpiece (causes coating aging/discoloration) or underheat (results in uneven coating and poor adhesion). Adjust preheating temperature based on metal thickness.

• Workpiece Design: Grind sharp edges and ensure no gaps in welding areas; uniform metal thickness/wire diameter on the workpiece ensures consistent coating quality.
