PECOAT® Low-Temperature Resistant Electrostatic Spray Thermoplastic PE Powder Coating is engineered to protect metal surfaces in harsh environments, combining cold resistance, corrosion resistance, and ease of use. Made from high-quality polyethylene resin and tailored additives, it delivers no cracking at -35℃ for 60h (per Q/HJ 008-2008) and 500h of salt spray resistance (no blistering, peeling, or rusting per GB/T 18226)—critical for outdoor, cold-climate, or coastal applications. It supports electrostatic spray and works with cold/preheated workpieces, making it suitable for industries like marine, refrigeration, and industrial infrastructure, where durability against temperature fluctuations and moisture is essential.
